New Guy In MA

Hello Everyone. Another new guy here. My name is Jason and I am in Massachusetts.

I have been interested in real estate investing on and off for some time now, but only now really have the schedule flexibility to allow me to spend more time and further myself with it.

I am by trade a computer guy. I spend my days out in the field managing a small team of field service computer techs in Massachusetts and use to manage projects with small teams all over the US.

Now that I have the extra time to put into investing and researching I am eager to get to it.

I am still educating myself through BP and other resources and hope to get into wholesaling to start with and maybe move up from there after a year or so.

Still trying to figure out the type of wording or type of contract when putting together a deal so if anyone has any tips or tricks I would appreciate it.

I have to already say thanks for this website!! I have been reading for a few days now and soaking it all in. It's a bit overwhelming at the moment. I am in the middle of the ultimate guide right now and should finish it up today.

Right now along with researching some properties, reading and learning I would like to start putting together a buyer list so if anyone would like to let me know what you are looking for and I will keep you in mind and hopefully contact you soon to discuss more.

Thanks

Jason
