It's going to be worth it and make sure you get internet service so you can access remotely.

I also feel like everything I need to know to actually get homes built could be learned on the internet and from my library and all the licenses needed can be hired.

I intend on renting the two larger bedrooms out at 450 - 500 a month utilities and internet included.

That said, we are very worried about internet access in those older, more established areas after some quick searches and hope to not be pushed into Grovetown as it seems like it would only appeal to families.

Also, some of my utilities (phone lines, internet , cellphone bills, etc... even my car payments) are also directly paid by my business... and All are a huge biz write-offs.  

Obviously if you can video the podcast so there is a visual but there are a ton of options with the internet.

They want to open an account for the Internet service but they couldn’t because they dont have social numbers.

WiFi ones would be perfect in this situation as it’d be easy to change them but I’m relying on the tenant for internet connection for those to work correctly (or I’d assume).
