The appraiser wouldn't use the comps I had planned on from the upcoming expanding growth county, he used the lower, more destitute county comps because that's where front door was.I didn't want to try to market for 30 - 60 days looking for another buyer, paying 2 or even 3 mortgage payments, cutting deeper into already losing cause.

@Ivan Palacios I'd generally follow what @Nicholas L. said, but I wouldn't get an agent on your side and he might not want one anyway since it'll just cut into his profit.

It's a domino effect with all these companies taking a hit, laying off employees, cutting hours, etc.  

Is it just because most agents don't want to cut their commission or am I missing something in terms of legality? 

Might be better to cut your loses and sell it off as is.

I’d appreciate the ability to offer people a credit towards a future stay before they can straight up cancel.
