When the money dries up, they'll abandon your property and leave you with a bill.If your property is capable of producing a greater return as a corporate rental or short-term rental, I recommend you educate yourself on how to do that and then do it yourself.

You could preform a cash out refinance, the lender would use some of the cash out proceeds to pay off the back taxes at the closing.  

Upon having to evict the tenant, I noticed that the plumbing was backed up and still cast iron. 

It was just too difficult to keep up with my GC and permits.I appreciate the advice!
