I'm looking for insights and best practices from fellow lenders and financial professionals on how to effectively manage borrower relationships. What strategies have you found most successful in ensuring clear communication, trust, and mutual satisfaction?

Constant communication, follow ups, being on top of their transaction, and making sure to not be salesy by pushing out terms that may or may not work.

As long as you provide a solution to your clients problems and do it quickly without too much paperwork, you will have constant referrals. People want simplicity more than anything. Yes you get the rate shoppers, but your best clients, won't complain about your rates and fees because they know and can trust you will get it done with less hassle and scrutiny.
