Keep giving them references, especially on the internet and web forums.4. 

Our second home is worth $55k-$60k right now, and it was miss-classified as a 4 bedroom house when it was actually 5 beds.

Based on my research, and what I've heard from numerous lenders, a 5 unit home is classified as a commercial property, and can only qualify for commercial loans.
