Building relationship with your team.
Hello BP how would one build a relationship with your team such as a realtor, PM, Attorney, CPA?
Backstory: So I understand a realtionship is good to build with your team. What I don't understand is how can you do that, lol don't get me wrong I'm human too but I see it's a bit difficult to meet someone new and be like "hey let's be buddies and you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours." For example you would only need to talk to a CPA during tax season right? Wouldn't it bother them that I'm trying to contact them every week? I know it's business first, but what if your starting out and you can only get 1 property per year.
Questions:
1. To build a realationship do you need to pay every single time, for their business?
2. What do you guys like to do to build a relationship? (e.g: going out to coffee)
