UPS just doesn’t have enough year-round tourism traffic to make STR’s profitable when you compare them to highly profitable student rentals. 

The landing page - is it converting well from other traffic? 

I live in El Monte, its about 30 minutes away... in good traffic haha!

We use to use a company called traffic jam that was HIGHLY successful and generated our store millions in gross.

The advantage can be if you set up a decent website and know how to generate traffic you can get to the point where they go quickly and you are basically just advertising on behalf of the home owner.

There are some successful bloggers there, and they have found Activerain to be good for driving traffic to their websites.  

What is happening now is that showing traffic is down about 45%, people are doing virtual showings, listings are being postponed until after CV and the cashual buyers have stopped browsing.
