Hello,

I want to do a Facebook campaign to find buyers/seller leads for my real estate wholesaling business.

I already tried Lead campaign without a luck.

For those of you who did it successfuly, can you please share what kind of campaign worked for you?
What audience did you targeted?

Any other tip would be welcome!

Any and all marketing is about credibility, and resonating with your audience. You need to get a business page going for your facebook ads, and you need to be active at least somewhat on your business page. Don't do that utter crap 99% of you all (shame on you) are doing, with these stupid retarded ads like "do you need to sell your house fast?" and just linking your city or home page. WOW! You need to provide value first. Value means anything that is not egotistically linked to your services. For example, I put on my FB page pretty pictures or at least interesting pictures of the houses we flip, with a story. This is what people find interesting and they will follow you. At the same time you show everyone (indirectly) that you flip, and thus buy houses. Get picture out there and/or posts, showing the public how you renovated your kitchen for only 500 dollars and how they can do the same.

"Is your house a disaster and think your only option is selling for cash... not so fast... if you just change the flooring and to a cabinet face-lift, your kitchen could look like new"

This IS providing value. You build trust. Sure some people will follow your advise and try to redo their kitchen. Great... you helped someone. Others say.. nahh, have no time for that and they will pick you.. why? Because you tried to help them!!

Do you think your friendly neighborhood SEO company would do this to get leads? NO of course not. These bozo's have NO FRIGGIN clue what true lead generation looks like.

Fire them. Fire them all, and use your head and you will be FAR more successful. For more hints and tips, stay tuned to tha same monkey channel and the same monkey hour!

True marketing and lead generation is based on building trust and have your message resonate with your audience. Now... what are you doing to build trust? Blasting your feed with  those stupid messages will only make you look like a vulture desperate and unprofessional!

Now you are armed with powerful knowledge. Go out there and GIT'M
