I'm leaning towards most homeowners realizing the dollar is just practically worthless these days compared to even just 5 years back, so each year the price in lousy US dollars they would part with for their pride and joy and American dream is incrementally more, even if it means their houses and others' more and more pile up and sit on the market teasing agents who fail to bring an acceptable offer; and causing foreclosures, short sales, and distressed sales to sell at practically regular sale market value as compared to the overpriced inventory.

Part of that is because I believe that anyone who goes into my units are a potential renter, so keeping them near showing shape is just good business practice.

Hi Melissa I'm from Bridgeport too and I still new but had done lot of research and been learning for 5 months find a partner is hard you just see people posting that they like to help or are willing to help but at the moment you need someone it is not the realityso I suggest that keep learning on you own and put in practice what you learn and keep it up

Rents have also gone way up as well"I understand the high level of appreciation however it is extremely rare (practically unheard of) that rents keep pace in those markets and as such cash flow decreases it does not increase as a result of appreciation.In the example value at $890K rent to break even would be about 8K per month.
