Great way to pick up some good info and possibly a deal.You can also search NARPM.org for the RMP (Residential Management Professional) and MPM (Master Property Manager) certified.You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

It is always a good idea to do that as soon as possible, since it is easier and typically less expensive to do current appraisals than retrospective ones, where there may not be interior access to the properties.

Maybe this is what I am seeing here.92% isn't all that great, especially in sec8, it's actually rather low. 98 percentile range is acceptable standard, even 97, not 92, that's rather low.
