With most counties in this area having switched from in person auctions to bidforassets online platform, in recent years I'm having a harder time finding great/amazing "deals" on the few (typically low end price wise and marginally "usable") properties up for tax sale that interest me after all the preliminary research is done.

So I’m looking into purchasing CRM software to keep my business organized and from what I’ve looked at on YouTube demos REI.Solutions seems to have the best platform and my question to BiggerPockets members is has or is anyone using the REI.Solutions platform and what are your thoughts on it?

I would find and online platform such as Cozy to do the app and the fee.   

This platform is such a powerful asset. 

@Dylan Thomas thank you Dylan, I've looking at some free platforms I wonder if appfolio manages your expenses and/or can be integrated to quickbooks?

It's a great tool, it synchronizes with any platform using Ical which is ABB and VRBO.  

Please help me with any recommendations for such contractors or any platforms to search for those. 

The course is an online platform that is self-paced so, if you really wanted to, you could easily knock it out within week.
