Best REI CRM Software

So I'm looking into purchasing CRM software to keep my business organized and from what I've looked at on YouTube demos REI.Solutions seems to have the best platform and my question to BiggerPockets members is has or is anyone using the REI.Solutions platform and what are your thoughts on it? I tried contacting the company through their website but it didn't work so I'm very leery on giving them my CC info as it may be a scam. I'd like some hard reviews from people here on BP's before I make up my mind.

Thanks everyone!

@Peter Ford, I ended up going with Podio with Globiflow. It can pretty much handle anything that that you want to do with it and integrates with tons of external apps. It can take time to set up and there is a steep learning curve but it is worth it. I would recommend you take a look at strugglinginvestor.com if you haven't already. He has a ton of great content and tutorials on how to set up Podio as well as other great tool. Good luck, Peter!
