However, I'm very familiar with their rules and regulations regarding sales.I've bought tax liens in Greenville County and Beaufort County in SC and Cobb and Gwinnett County in GA so I'm pretty comfortable with the process.

Phillip, I have done numerous transactions in my SDIRA buying RE for fix and flip but mainly buying non-performing notes which is sometimes a challenge for some companies but I have not had any problems as a matter of fact I am getting ready to purchase another one.
