Taking the first steps in REI - wholesaling today

Hello everyone,

I still feel like I am spinning my wheels in getting started in wholesaling. I am looking to become successful in this business and quit my job asap. I suppose it would be easier finding a partner to work with and begin working in this business, but it has been hard to find someone that would like to work as partners. I have taken a guru course, attended seminars, listened to podcast on this site, but I just haven't taken the first step.

There are so many things that I do after work that get in the way of becoming a REI. I suppose the most important thing is priortizing what is most important each day. I hear that I need an RE attorney, accountant, purchase bandit signs, and more. There seems to be a lot of expenses when starting out, but it would be great to hear from some wholesalers to see how they got started in this business. Thanks!

Make a list of who you need on your team and find ways to partner with them without paying them just for advice.

You want to quit your job asap? Great. A lot of people on BP are very negative when you post big goals like that so be careful when you post, negativity can kill your motivation.

Learn as much as you can and TAKE ACTION!
