Will Barnard Buying a Wholesale Deal From a Rehabber

In fact, I've wholesaled several deals, and have even mentored the new investors I've sold to through the process from purchase to sale -- I wouldn't do this if I thought I was selling them a dud.Anyway, if I made a blanket statement like, "I would never buy a deal from a rehabber," I don't know what I was thinking or in what context I said it.

I prefer the "Guru" or mentor that is not interested in selling books and tapes but rather selling you a business and will work with you directly the entire time you are in business.

You can find these courses that people have paid thousands for on e bay for next to nothing then read them and see what fits your comfort level.Just beware of those charging thousands to go to class and then up sell you on mentoring programs for 10's of thousands.

I don't hope to come off like a jerk, it's just I already have my contractors to babysit, my realtor to chase after, my employees to assign work to, renter's to keep happy, and other new investors who I am mentoring.
