What's the name on your agency?

Example, did a local city or other granting agency help them purchase this building originally and required in the loan docs to not refi or not sell?

Do you have an Agency you have an interest in working for?

It depends how the listing agreement reads If its an exclusive right to sell then the agent would be entitled to the commission as per contract or if it is only an exclusive agency then the seller of the house can bring their own buyer and would not have to pay a commission.

So I'll admit, I'm nervous and am seeking some advice before I actually contact the agency that seems to be a good fit (at least according to their website).

Thanks for the clarification.Because 'realty' pretty much implies or has an assumed agency and a license to broker RE, I would probably change to something else like properties or something.
