About to contact my first Real Estate Agent

So I'll admit, I'm nervous and am seeking some advice before I actually contact the agency that seems to be a good fit (at least according to their website). I live in the Syracuse, NY region and have found an agency that appears to specialize on helping investors.

My first question in this forum would be, does anyone out there have any suggestions for realtors in the Syracuse region that specialize in helping investors with flipping and are OK working with newbies? I also know that with the vast amounts of resources this site has to offer, there are many questions to ask agents. However, if it is at all possible, could someone give me just a few of the most basic and necessary questions to ask from the very start? I know, very open ended question to post, but I'm just a bit nervous and I want to take action, even though I know I'm not by any means an expert. I guess I'm just looking for a final pre-game pep talk to ensure that I take action on contacting someone and stop waiting around for magic wisdom and answers to just appear in my brain.

Thank you so much in advance.

-Jason
