How would it work to partner up with a Real Estate Agent when a friend has a house for sale and if it under contract with REA? Would they get the full 6% or only 3% if I bring in the buyer??. I would have to put up the Ernest deposit also is that correct? I would not have to do paperwork when working with the REA they would do it all correct??
