I bet not one of them listened.

I was hoping to connect/meet/discuss this with more experienced investors to gain more knowledge outside of the books/podcasts/forums I have been reading and listening to.

I've been reading, listening, and self educating through BP over the past couple years and have recently taken that first scary/exciting/emotional roller coaster of a step and purchased my first duplex out of state.

I am a huge fan of the Real Estate Podcast and just began listening to the Rookie podcast while I work.

I have learned a ton on here so far and I enjoy listening to the podcasts.   

We’ve been listening to a ton of Podcast, listening to Real Estate books, playing around with figuring out MAO’s, and sleeping and eating Real Estate.  

But you can always listen to podcasts or read forums or blogs. 

Anyone who listened to him is probably more protected than your average joe.

I am also a huge fan of lead and lag goals, worth doing some reading, and listening on the subject if you aren't familiar.
