Beginners Question - Where Should My Focus Be??

Corey Williams
Posted

My wife and I have decided to get into Real Estate. We've been listening to a ton of Podcast, listening to Real Estate books, playing around with figuring out MAO's, and sleeping and eating Real Estate. Prior to actually finding a deal is a good business foundation important? Do you need an LLC, webpage, business cards, domain name, is business credit important, etc? I'm currently in the early beginning stages and I'm just wondering if we're focusing too much on attempting to make our start TOO professional. Do sellers care about professionalism? Are we about to spend unnecessary money? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
