I have recently started investing in SFH's with a partner. I am also doing a live-in flip. My goal is to have enough passive income in 8 years to live comfortably and work when I want to. I am also involving my kids as much as possible to teach them as much as they want to learn while they grow up. My 9 year old wants to buy his first rental when he is 14.
