Thanks Anthony, I have always wanted to make it to rireig meeting but can never seem to get out of work in time.

I'm as comfortable with large groups as with 2 or 3 chatting over dinner or drinks.I lost everything in the crash, my divorce and being out of work for over a year in 2009/2010.

If you have a family, this means leaving your house when everyone else is sleeping and arriving back in time to get the kids on the bus.  

However, CCR is highly limited in the fact that it is a static metric - screen-shot in time, if you will.

I purchased my first home straight out of college and if I could  go back in time I would have purchased a 2, 3, or 4plex and generate cash flow every month which can then help with payment on your primary home in the future.
