New member from Rhode Island

Hi there,

My names Joshua Costa, I'm 24,I live in Rhode Island on the Massachusetts line.  I am New to real estate investing.  Currently I don't own any real estate besides my primary residence which is a condo.  I have spent some time on the forums in the background reading and learning a lot.  I am interested in buy and hold investing.  I am an electrician by trade.  I am getting ready to start actively looking for my first multifamily.  Look forward to meeting some people and learning more from the community.
