Mentor/Coach

Does anyone out there have a positive experience with a REI Mentor and/or Coach that they could recommend?

I had a "Mentor" before that came with one of these programs that I spent a lot of money on, but to give this person that title is laughable.

I am considering giving it a go with another one that actually provides this type of service. I am trying to steer clear of the one's that I have read the horror stories about so that I don't go down that road again.

Hi @Clint Weir

A mentor is a confidant or "retired" person that you trust.

A coach is some one you pay to help you learn ideas and concepts, that puts a plan of action together just for you, that "gets" your strengths, weaknesses and fears-sticking points.

  1. @Ned Carey started a Thread - How Do I Find a Mentor

Please read that thread.

I coach 1 on 1 seller financing and wholesaling.  I personally feel very badly when someone invested alot of money in some "coach" or "mentor" and did not receive great service or content.

Best of luck!
