Probably a monochromatic design would not show this effect as much.

However, if you are the single owner of the LLC this might not work because the use of the property would be designated as "personal use."

I tell my tenants to deposit directly to the bank (where my designated account resides), and all of them are okay with it.  

Regarding the tenant's use of the A\C Jimmy Devenport posted a link to the Owner/Tenant Act in NM Section 47-8-22 "E. use in a reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other facilities and appliances including elevators, if any, in the premises"If the A\C repair person is stating that the tenant is operating the A\C in a manner that it is not designed for than I would think this is Not a reasonable manner. 

@Steven ZaiHome Depot and Lowes both have design centers that can help you with the planning and they charge nothing.

If you  can't successfully use a plunger in your toilet (try one with the interior cone part, they usually have a yellow handle) I would change the toilet. 

Hello,I am in negotiation for buying a multi-family building that is constructed in 1957 and the interior is plaster.

This avoids ever having our rental company getting designated as a dealer.

How else can a 2600 square foot  home on a 4000 sq ft lot  with basic interior finishing be going for almost 600k and pay 12k per year in taxes?
