@George Vasquez If you want to move into the Nashville market you are basically going from a Denver market to another Denver market except that you are now a flight away.Nashville investors are paying ridiculous prices right now just to do deals.

The news yesterday regarding Lending Club will only accelerate the flight of capital away from the marketplace sector.

If not close, look for a place with a non-stop flight from your city.- Climate: I prefer milder climates, as extreme hot or cold temperatures tend to wear the properties more.
