20k to 30k rental properties
Hello, I am starting this discussion to find out , is it worth investing in 20k-30k houses as rentals. I notice Baltimore has alot of them but is it worth the headache?

It is like anything else. If this is where you want to invest, then learn the area.
I picked the area I wanted to invest in. Then I found a property manager. This was the most important thing to me.
Then I started to learn the area, by driving the neighborhoods. Look at the listings all the time. Educate yourself.
No matter what the price is you need to do the same thing.
