Probably lots of people will disagree with me here, but don't put things under contract if you can't close on them yourself.   

However, even with Transient tenants, I disagree with the “experts” that there will be a tenant apocalypse.

I read a few of the first comments and disagree with those who advise hiding your ownership.

Some behavior you want to exclude right off the bat for sure - smokers, etc - and I don't disagree with your premise that I don't think I'd want that situation under my own roof - but if a person is not breaking any law, you have to either let them do what they want within reason or let them seek accomodations elsewhere.

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree the seller is only interested in the cash they get after closing.
