As a newbie to the exciting world of wholesaling. I have found tons of information on everything but contracts.

Do you use a specific contract for your Purchase & Sales Agreement (seller documnent) & Standard Assignment of Beneficial Interest  Addendum (buyers document)?

Document steps - Please let me know if I am missing anything.

1. Send the seller signed Purchase & sales agreement. They fill out & send back.

2. Send Title Company signed Purchase & sales agreement of both parties.

3. Send the Buyer signed Standard Assignment of Beneficial Interest Addendum. They fill out & send back

4. Send Title Company signed Standard Assignment of Beneficial Interest Addendum of both parties.
