Can someone please tell me  where guys like Kent Clothier and Cameron Dunlap get their hands on vacant house software and turn around and sell it on a monthly subscription basis?

I'm looking for some suggestions for mortgage/loan portfolio tracking software or spreadsheet solutions.  

There are lots of programs and software out there that is geared towards property management from a "rental" standpoint, but really nothing in the way of tracking mortgages for those that aren't GIANT mortgage servicing companies. 

I've seen a lot information regarding REI Software.

So I'm going to be the technology consultant, im creating an automated system/software to do some tasks like finding cash buyers and etc.

How to track your net worth can someone recommend a software I can use to track my net worth?

We specialize in real estate software, particularly for property management.

Had enough of corporate "life" by 2011 and left to make my own way and started (and continue to own and operate) a small software company with an awesome co-founder and a team of 9 now.Earlier this year my interest in real estate was reawakened, thanks in large part to the awesome Book on Rental Property Investing (highly recommend), and a desire to diversify my income.

If I can draw them does it have to be on some special software or simple hand and ruler drawing with measurements?
