Philly Newbie Ready To Crush It.

Hey BP,

I've been snooping around these forums for years now but have finally
decided that I'm going to take some real action and introduce myself.

I'm a newbie in the Philadelphia market and my main focus is
wholesaling for the time being.

I've already invested in my education and have been taking
consistent action with marketing.

BUT..

I know that there's still some much to learn in this dynamic
real estate industry.

I really look forward to connecting and possibly working with
any of the local seasoned investors/wholesalers and other
newbies as well.

Congrats on taking action my friend! As an out of state investor the thing that has attracted me the most about the wholesalers I've worked with was their ability to go beyond wholesaling and understanding things from an investors perspective.

I've been investing in Indiana lately and found a wholesaler who not only wholesales, but as part of the transaction connects me with rehabbers, insurance brokers and property managers. He eventually turned his wholesaling operation into a one stop shop and that has given him an advantage over the rest because it makes the investment process very painless. I recommend taking a similar approach my friend. At any rate, I'd love to join your buyer's list. :)
