That sounds like a great idea , but have you looked into the financing part of it since they are manufactured , do the same rules as slab built homes supply or did they fall under different categories?

As soon as I started my Corporate job, I was told like many others to max out my 401k contributions to take advantage of my Employer match (100% first 3%, 50% next 2%).

@Joseph Grullon, His primary sale is probably tax free so I don't see any advantage to hiding that from a tax perspective. 

From what I'm reading - seems to be a tenant who's taking advantage of you guys but that's just my 2 cents.

They tend to protect owners if it appears they have been taken advantage of....it is not pure legal black and white. 

Anything over 4 units would be considered commercial loan territory and this specific broker wouldn't be able to help me.I was a little taken aback by those numbers, and I have a few other quotes from other brokers in the work to make sure I am getting the best rate I can, but I would like to ask the community if what I am being told is accurate or if you feel I am being taken advantage of.TIA

Real estate over the long term will go up so you want positive cash flow to be able to hold that asset to take advantage of appreciation.  

If you plan to purchase more than one home and sell your own properties, it could be advantageous, but not required.I have helped many other BP members in purchasing these types of properties and would be happy to discuss the ins and outs of buying a STR here in Orlando.

This notice was required in writing to begin with by our contract, but we tried to use it for our advantage.
