@Samantha Levien there are many free resources online to teach you about real estate investing regardless of the strategy you plan to use. You should start by asking yourself if you want this to be passive or active. If passive then you will want to connect with a property manager that can take care of the property for you and handle all the bookings and such. If active then you need to learn how to run that business because it is a business. If you plan on using a property manager I recommend @Alice Horn. She and her team are great!
