A few months prior, I had purchased another distressed house down the street and they did a research and found that I was an active cash buyer in the area and they brought me this deal.

I was born and raised in NYC, so I saw first hand the shell game being played on the streets and how scams were ran.

I bought my 1st duplex that I'm currently still occupied for 12000 down 3.5 % FHA I live in North Idaho Prices were cheap but the market blew up just recently , Which helped Me get even more for rent...

Don't want to deal with various issues up North.

We are trying to do something similar, getting pricing now for what our options will be for Quadplex/Triplex construction since we will have the cash to do it with the sale of another investment.We are located in Southeastern NC (just north of Wilmington) and the builder we spoke with advised we need minimum 1 acre for a single quadplex.

We are actively looking for a few more *somewhere* in the north western NC area and would love to connect!
