New here - looking for Massachusetts north shore contacts

New to BP, day job as a commercial lender in affordable housing, so relevant experience. I really struggle with today’s market though trying to find that first project. Would love to connect with anyone local to Massachusetts north shore whether you invest here or somewhere else. Trying to upgrade the circle to like minded people to just focus on this more intently. Let me know.

I’ve been focusing some effort on Northwestern Michigan. I grew up there and know the market really well and have many connections to get work done there. They have 8.5% cap rates still while Massachusetts is closer to 5% and the down payments are more manageable back there.
