I have had one offer in the mid 2's.. so I dont know  maybe that drip income I would have put to good use.. maybe I probably just spend it on stuff.. and would not have the discipline to put it aside.. thats why i love land once i pay for it It sits there.

The saying "it is about the journey not the destination" is so true and can only be experienced once you personally experience achieving a large goal.What I have found works for me is to work on my internal / emotional happiness and not just my bank account.We were literally talking about this last night with world famous people who are very wealthy.
