Ours is an entrepreneurial club primarily for networking with a light sprinkling of education and practical, mutual problem-solving thrown in the mix.

The key is networking within your local REI group.

If you truly know what you want, and you understand the market well, and you've developed a network of people who know what you like to buy / rent / sell, then I don't see the value in paying anyone else for agency.

I hope to network with other investors on this site, share knowledge, and provide some opportunities to make money for other investors.

BP has great forums and you can get an answer or two here, but this is the best REI site around, they are the best DIY site around.all cash

Network with Local REO Real Estate Agents, Local Real Estate Investment Groups or Clubs, etc. as some of these individuals are your Inside Connections to Access the Info. that you need to Succeed in your Quest for Success as You Invest In Real Estate for Profit (Dollars).

It is easier to network when people are reading various thread if you can see where someone is from, what they do, what they have to offer, etc.Just check the rules to make sure that you are sharing the right things in the right way.John Corey
