My 11 Clover St property is held by 11 Clover St LLC :)I would recommend having a business name that is somewhat explanatory:Skyler's RE InvestingLogan's Local Landlord LLCetcSometimes, especially in technology, you see some cool, but utterly mysterious names:AegisRontomMorian SystemsI don't like to make potential investors/buyers think too hard.

I am very very new to real estate after trying to get my feet wet and wholesaling I have been more than a week on searching for homes looking for owners and their number this person who was supposed to help me was supposed to come today and meet with me about things I need help with and contacting the owners and making deals but unfortunately that person down so now I'm stuck with these home owners and these numbers and I don't know what to do with them what's my next step

When electricity flow down the wire under demand it heats up and expands, then when the demand it no longer needed in cools and contracts. when the improper device use or if someone puts copper wiring with it under a wire nut.
