Greetings All!  We are in New Bern NC... a great little big small town with a lot of history!  I feel like I'm coming late to the party regarding getting our toes wet in Real Estate- (buying with cash, rehabing & flipping)- but hopefully better late than never, right?

Just got thru reading the No,Low Money Down book- wow, have my eyes been opened!  I look forward to learning more and more and hopefully TAKING ACTION within the next 3-6 months!  We've got a closing coming up at the end of the month... and we're looking for our next project!  Happy hunting everyone!
