You decide that because teachers are only doing 1 hour of work a week, they will only be paid 1 hour worth of wages a week, and this is non-negotiable.Let's also assume you're correct that they only work 1 hour a week and there's no behind the scenes lesson planning, grading, providing feedback, administrative work, etc.By the end of the first week, what percentage of teachers have turned in their two weeks notice, explained they cannot live on 1 hour of pay a week, and have begun job searching elsewhere?
