Property in Probate contact?

I have located a couple of properties that I am interested in purchasing for BRRRR, but my records search show they are currently in probate. One had been in probate for more than a year, the other had been 4 months. Who would I reach out to, in order to express interest in the property? The attorney of one party or the other? I don't have the executor's contact info on the court docs, unless they happen to be the petitioner.

Any advice would be great.
