Yea - we do put stone or brick on a lot of our builds, but we ultimately decided against it based on cost on this one.Parking - front house will have a pad right in front of it and rear will have a pad behind it.

., you see so many hundreds of thousands of realtors offering massive rebates to consumers.From a Realtor's perspective, on a 500k purchase of a listed property:would a realtor rather get ahead of this rebate wave and loan back $10,000 of the commission at a very low rate to the buyer Post Closing and ultimately keep the entire 3 Points?

We have the plans, but ultimately we want to produce "the perfect"  1 plan we use over and over-  The MEPS approve and like it, have assisted in value engineering, corrected the mistakes, covers HUD review, is cheap and easy to build.
