New members from Gainesville, GA. I am new to real estate investing and I am currently learning and familiarizing myself with the processes. Real estate investing has always been an interest of mine and I am taking the initiative to learn and understand how everything works. I am exposing myself to as many tools as I can before buying my first property and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on buying my first property within the year. I currently have little to no funds to start purchasing so any financing tips for me would be very helpful.
