Hi all, my tenant is having some issues regarding his shared driveway, and I am hoping to get some advice on how to help him out.There really isn't any street parking, it's a tight street. 

I was considering going into real estate investing because I would like to cut out the middle man ( the broker that is) lol and have some diversity with my license, not just helping people buy and sell houses.

Open to all suggestions and advice available to help guide me on this journey.

Our PM has previously said they must have properties they manage up to a certain ‘standard’.We do not want to pay legal fees for Small Claims Court.Any help is appreciated.Stephen E

I would look into other property managers that help out of state investors.
