Hello BP, I am Ethan. I currently own 3 properties, farm, rental, and private residence. I'm located about an hour south of Louisville. I'm very interested in developing the real estate side of my portfolio. My current "rental" is more of a BRRR. There is also a house on my farm that I want to renovate, rent, and refinance. Currently working my way through the podcast from ep1 to current. I consider myself a complete rookie when it comes to this, I own property but I haven't made the first dollar from renting.
