There is more stability with families which is very appealing, but I wouldn't fell as bad about having to evict select singles and couples without children.

Carl,Some larger operations use first come, first served because they are bigger fair housing targets and they can't afford to be picky about their tenants, plus this method idiot proofs the selection process when they delegate it.
