Hello!

I recently moved to Charleston to start my post-college career and life. I am can't wait to getting settled in to the area and start putting roots down! A friend introduced me to this site, and I am overwhelmed with the wealth of knowledge here. In the near future, I hope to purchase my first home before exploring more real estate investing down the road.
