Glad to find BP from rural Wisconsin

My husband and I have been 'casual' landlords for a few years, and now I'm putting together a business plan and am wondering if anyone can suggest software that might be helpful.  Our model is a rental that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with a garage.

We have two single-family rentals and we are purchasing our first duplex and it's exciting and scary at the same time. 

I found BP via a web search while looking for information about forms and policy documents.
