Hello BP members,

My name is Jeremy and I'm a new BP member.  I've lived in the DC area for 13 years, and own a home in DC's Georgia Avenue/Petworth neighborhood.

I've just started my RE education and am interested in learning more over the next few months with a goal of purchasing some SFHs or small multi-units in the $20,000-60,000 range for buy-and-hold investing.  Given the DC market, I guess that means I'll be looking elsewhere!

I look forward to learning more from all the members on the site and getting to know those of you in the DC/MD/VA area in person one of these days!

Jeremy
